These terms apply to reservations made with DOM Boutique Hotel, whether directly or through this website. Please read them before you book.

1. Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from us. Please check that the dates, room type and guest details on your confirmation are correct, and tell us promptly of any error.

2. Rates & payment

Rates are quoted per room, per night, and include breakfast and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may ask for a deposit or a card guarantee at the time of booking; any balance is due on or before departure.

3. Cancellation & no-show

Each rate carries its own cancellation terms, shown clearly at the time of booking. For most rates, cancellation is free up to seven days before arrival; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in part or in full.

4. Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Earlier or later times can often be arranged on request, subject to availability — please ask the front desk.

5. During your stay

We ask guests to treat the hotel, its team and its neighbours with consideration, and to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00. We may decline or end a stay in cases of conduct that endangers or seriously disturbs others.

6. Liability

We take good care of our guests and their belongings, but we are not liable for loss or damage except where it results from our own negligence. Please use the room safe for valuables.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls to the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete.
